Great goal by Messi scored in the Spanish cup against Getafe last night, very similar to Maradonas famous goal against England in the 86 world cup

cracking goal, and surprisingly similar to Maradona's in '86 when you see them side-by-side... but i don't think it beats it.

I think Messi's looks better , but when you take into account the importance of the match and quality of opposition then Maradonas must rank higher.

nah, Messi's basically just straight through there, whereas Maradona's goal was more fluid and graceful.
