Defoe The Mr Faithfull Of Football !!

WASNT IT JUST LAST WEEK THAT DEFOE WAS SAYING HES VERY HAPPY AT SPURS AND DOESNT AND WONT BE LEAVING !!!!!!!!

OH AND NOW HES JUST SIGNED FOR POMPY!!!!!!!

BEING A HAMMERS FAN I KNOW JUST LIKE ALL OTHER HAMMERS FANS HOW FAITHFULL TO A CLUB HES PLAYING FOR DEFOE IS AND NOW SPURS FANS KNOW TOO.....

I WONDER HOW HE WILL GET ON AT POMPEY???

Yah I agree with dutch, he doesn't ever get enough playing time, but now at Pompey I think he will. I believe he is much better than alot of strikers out there that are thought to be great like Yakubu or what not.

Got to agree with the 2 guys above, if h's not playing at Spurs & Pompey offer regular footy & are gunning for Europe then I don't blame him one bit. Good luck Defoe

Yakubu is the biggest ball hog in the prem. He scores on occasion but there's plenty of better strikers out there such as Defoe

ive always fancied defoe as one of the better strikers in the prem; i dont believe that berbatov and keane were necesarily better than him. portsmouth certainly is a much more fitting teame for defoe as he is probably now the best striker theyve got

i say hes got some quality midfielders behind him in pedro mendes, utaka, muntari and kranjcar. should do fine

Hes a good player although i think he has a terrible attitude towards the game. Hes a very cocky player.

come across as a very arrogant player maybe some goals might stop that perception or it might add to it, but his arrogance at the minute is a bit farcical as he hasn't really done it in the prem properly yet
