Tevez & Mascherano? Are these guys a problem for West Ham?

With the arrival of Tevez and Mascherano to West Ham the team were supposed to go from there to become a very good side. But what is happening now?

Does anyone else think that the arrival of these two have caused unrest from West Ham. I think so, Pardew has built a hard working team and now he is being told who is in his sqaud and who to play.

Does anyone think that he will move when a new manger job comes up?

I think so. They were brought in without the manager's consent and that would cause problems straight away.
They can't communicate with their teammates just tells you that there will be problems, especially with the recent form of West Ham.

When Ashton is fit who will play up front for West Ham. Will it be Ashton & Tevez? Where will Zamora and Harewood fit in. I read somewhere that Sheringham is leaving in January.

I think he'd have to make the drop to Championship though but whoever gets him would probably get the benefit of signing him on a coaching contract too.

Teves is a better player than sherigham so i dont see the problem in letting sheringham go. i'm sure teves and Maschereno will adapt to the leugue. Thier probobly more used to a league where the football is that little bit more refined and there isnt as much back to front stuff.

I'm going to keep an eye on what happens with these players transfers because there are still question marks over who actually bought these guys and that puts west ham in a very sh** position should someone else want to buy buy teves and mashcereno.

Cool Team Spririt

Evryone who has played football knows how the arrival of one bad apple, or even someone who does not fit the style/atmosphere/gang mentality, can ruin morale and quickly spread to poor results. Harewood had to be one of the most improved players in the Premiership last year - he certainly wasn't premiership standard before they came up. Now he finds himself wondering what is going on. Re-coker is an ego maniac who thrives on being number one, and probably feels threatened by all this to his detriment. All in all, West Ham have tried to fix something that was not broken, and used the wrong parts, and now the wheels are coming off.
It all stinks - like the problems Portsmouth have, with Russian organised crime figures Michael Cherney and Arkady Gaydamak back in Israel pulling the strings, so West Ham now have shadowy figures dictating things behind the scene. And does Pardew think he can stand up to these sort of people? Not a chance.

West Ham do not own these two players. They are owned by a holding company. If bids are recieved and the holding company want to sell then they will - with or without West Ham's consent.

I agree with DEZEEUW to an extent that West Ham have some big egos iin the team that probably have their noses out of joint with these two arriving, but tell me a successful side that doesn't have these huge egos?

The arrival of these two without Pardew's knowledge was always going to cause unrest short term.

some of these players are being dropped when they would of been on the team last season because of these two arrivals

I certainly think the manner in which Tevez and Macherano arrived at West Ham along with all the talk of doggy dealings etc was very unsettling, also continued take over speculation is extremely unhelpful as Pardew must be looking over his shoulder thinking that any multi million take over will result in him being shown the door and a " big name " being bought in.
But if I am honest I think the main reason for our poor start is we are just not as good as we thought we were.

I think like the Shevchenko situation they need to play a few scoreless games for them to get used to England club ball first ..... Tevez is a world class player and will score no matter where he is...how much is the queestion?? and will he be an annoyance in the locker room when he doesnt get play or scoring opportunities?? these are all the questions that we need answers for

MANCHESTER UNITED ARE CHAMPIONS AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I thought West Ham were a great team last season - and I need to emphasise team. With the arrival of these two signings going above Pardew that 'team' doesn't feel so close any longer.

Take a look at Villa and O'Neill. Basically the same group of players as last season but they are now playing for each other.
