vCash: 480 | Martins urged to relax Glenn Roeder has urged £10million striker Obafemi Martins to relax in front of goal after seeing him miss the chances to kill off Everton. The 21-year-old Nigeria international might have claimed the headlines with a series of opportunities in a grandstand finish to an entertaining game on Sunday, but Tim Cahill’s first-half header proved enough to claim a point for the visitors. Roeder said: “He is very disappointed, but my disappointment would be if he was not getting chances - that would disappoint me more. I know he will start to take the chances. Since he has been here, his ability to finish in small-sided games and practice matches in training is fantastic. He is a young player and he is maybe getting a little bit uptight when he pulls the trigger. But when he relaxes, he will finish those chances. He is a really good lad to work with, very conscientious and hard-working.” |

vCash: 500 | Does anyone else think that his passpost may be faked? 21 years old? He looks closer to 31. He always missed too many chances at Inter, that was his biggest flaw and Roeder should have known that before he signed him. |
