can't see it portsmouth are a more settled club than west ham at the min and he may feel he would be going backwards as west ham arn't in europe and probably have the second largest wage bill in the league, so he will stay at pompey nd take them as far as he can before prob retiring

so bobby robson and alan shearer bleed black and white both managed and played for the toon respectivley while both did a brilliant job it wasn't enough to achieve a trophy, plus with your board he'll steer well clear.
