Manchester City VS Newcastle united

The performance was poor to say the least. The players are not playing to a standard or a set of tactics most fans can identify. That is again a fault of the manager. Why has Luque NOT been played??? When he is it is out of his natural position, which is a LEFT winger. Lets be fair Duff has not set the world on fire, but keeps his place, why not give ALBERT the same chance? I think that is a large part of the manager’s failing, playing guys out of position. I would rather see an average, solid player play in his natural position than a superstar forced to play in a position unknown to him. This has been a common practice at NUFC, and I cannot see why as it has never worked! Most managers who try this sign their own P45’s.

Finally I see FFS is thinking about buying out the club. If he does, IMHO the gates will drop and dramatically, there will be a reluctance from good players to come to NUFC. Notice I did not say superstars, as I think we should look for developing players as KK did eg Andy Cole and Rob Lee. These were players who had potential but reached it at Newcastle. Nowadays it seems like great players fall on their swords at Newcastle and only come for a paycheck.

Yes, you can see most fans are sick of the way things are going at the club and desire a change. Get out Shepherd while we are still up, and we need a new manager, OTTMAR HITZFELD will do the job nicely, thank you!

Hitzfeld would do a good jobat at a club already at the top. I respect him but what Newcastle need is a manager that can pull them out of a slump. MON would have made them prem champs within 3 years but that chance is gone. Guus Hiddink would also be a good candidate.
