Sunderland have sacked boss Mick McCarthy.

Somewhat surprised. No funds given to him how did they ever expect to stay up. Maybe too little too late on their part.

Shame on the whole i think he is a great manager!

Shame it ended the way it did i think. Could have waiting till the end of the season at least.

It's always a shame when a manager who has tried his best gets sacked. Unfortunatly for Mick, he had no money and he seemed to have no realistic support from his chairman.
