Where will Fowler go??

With his contract up at the end of the season and as he seems to be regaining form and a number of teams now intrested in his signiture.

Where do you think Fowler will be playing his football next season??

I wouldnt know about that.

Your team is normally a ariel team.

If you had a real poacher (i.e Fowler) in your team collecting the lose balls. You could easily have a guy who scores 8 or 10 goals a year.

He has never really been tested as a lone striker so im not sure how he would do without a quicker guy who can play short of him.

i read in nuts magazine a few weeks ago it had a breakdown of all the prem teams. of the stats it showed bolton was the bottom out of all the teams in the prem to play the long ariel ball.

i think fowler would be handy the reebok anyway

If true i wish Palace will adopt that stradegy. I really prefer playing football and watching on the deck. Makes it harder for the opponant to get the ball back and can lead to quicker attacks and break downs.

A prime example of how well it can work when it is utalised correctly is Arsenal during there unbeaten stint. That was pure football at its best as they found it so much easier to keep the ball.

Punting the ball in the air comes to nothing. Happens at Palace when AJ plays. Hes 5'3 and there is no chance hardly he is going to beat a center back to a header (unless he chins them ).

So pretty much i really believe football is better when played on the deck.

Personally if he dont stay at Liverpool i think he would be off to Blackburn.

Not sure why i think this but i think Bellamy could be a target in the summer for some of the higher placed clubs as in the closing stages of the season he has really been at his best and him and Fowler up front could work together quite well.

The time is now..... or well it was.

Intresting thoughts. Fowler would suit a faster player playing in front of him as he not got as much speed as he once did have but still a good striker. Leaving Man City seems to have done him the world of good.

According to the papers, Mark Hughes has expressed an interest in signing him if Liverpool deny him a contract at the end of the season. As a bolton fan, i would be delighted to have him on boared. A prooven goal scorer with a track record that speaks for itself
